Hello out there!

Lange, lange ist es her seit ich das letzte Mal etwas gebastelt und gepostet habe.... Mein Leben hat sich ziemlich verändert und deshalb musste ich da erstmal einiges regeln. Aber jetzt bin ich wieder da und hoffe, dass ich wieder regelmäßig dabei sein kann.

It's been a long, long time since my last post and the the last time I was able to create something..... My life changed a lot and first of all I had to take care of that. But now I'm back again and I hope that I can post regularly again.

Heute möchte ich euch ein Werk zu unserer aktuellen Challenge auf dem Traumfabrik Challenge Blog zeigen. Das Thema ist Fast and Furious und da kann man alles basteln, was mit Männern, Autos, Steampunk, heißen Mädels, etc. zu tun hat. 

Today I would like to show you a creations for our challenge at the Dream Factory Challenge Blog. The topic is Fast and Furious and you can show us anything concerning men, cars, Steampunk, hot girls, etc.

Ich habe ein 9er ATC gemacht, manche würden es wahrscheinlich auch als Pocket Letter bezeichnen.

Here is my creation:

Es handelt sich um ein Musical, dass demnächst auch ein Film sein wird. Die Hauptdarstellerin ist anders als alle anderen in ihrer Umgebung - ihre Haut ist grün. Auf einer Schule lernt sie alles über Magie und trifft dann sogar den geheimnisvollen Zauberer. In dem Versuch, gerecht zu handeln, geht leider sehr viel schief. Als sie dann alle für böse halten, nimmt sie ihr Schicksal an und fühlt sich frei und schwerelos. Man findet sie im Westen - wo sie später auf ein Mädchen namens Dorothy trifft.

It is a musical, which will become a film in the future, too. The main character is different from the other people surrounding her - her skin is green. At school she learns everything concerning magic and finally even meets the mysterious wizard. By trying to act fair, many things turn out wrong. All the others believe her to be evil, that is why in the end she accepts her destiny and defies gravity. You can find her in the west - there she later on meets a girl called Dorothy.

Hallo liebe Leser!

Hello dear readers!

Endlich komme ich mal wieder etwas mehr zum Basteln. Entstanden ist dieses Mal eine Herbstkarte. Das Motiv ist von Aurora Wings und coloriert habe ich natürlich wieder mit meinen Spectrum Noirs. Langsam habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Farbmischungen immer besser funktionieren :-).

Finally I have some more time again for crafting. This time I made an autumnal card. The image is from Aurora Wings and I coloured it, of course, with my Spectrum Noirs. I have the feeling, that the colour mixtures are getting better :-).

Challenge #24 Traumfabrik / Dream Factory Challenge Blog

Liebe Leser,

Dear readers,

da ich immer noch etwas unorganisiert bin, poste ich erst heute etwas zu unserer neuen Challenge auf dem Traumfabrik Challenge Blog. Dort heißt es noch einen halben Monat Fack ju Göhte. Passend zum neuen Schuljahr kommt ja nun auch der zweite Teil des Films in die Kinos. Ihr könnt uns alles zeigen, was mit Schule, Kindern, Jugendlichen, Lehrern, etc. zu tun hat. Wir freuen uns drauf!

I'm still a bit unorganized. That is why I haven't managed it earlier to post something for our new challenge at the Dream Factory Challenge Blog. There is still half a month left for Fack ju Göhte. For all non-Germans: This is a German movie, which is about a criminal who comes out of jail and happens to be employed as a teacher. The young adults he teaches are interested in anything but school - let's say, they are "cool". So, it's a comedy about high school. You can show us any creations that deal with school, children, young adults, teachers, and so on. We are looking forward to it!

Nach einer kleinen Sommerpause bin ich wieder zurück und hoffe, dass ich jetzt wieder fleißig bloggen, kommentieren und basteln kann!!!! 

After a short summer break I'm back again and I hope, that now I can start blogging, commenting and crafting again!!!!

Reminder Dream Factory Challenge Blog

Liebe Leser,

Dear readers,

ich möchte euch gerne auf die letzten Tage unsere aktuellen Challenge auf dem Traumfabrik Challenge Blog hinweisen. Unser Thema momentan ist: William Shakespeare’s Ein Sommernachtstraum. Wir freuen uns über alles, was mit Elfen, Feen, Sommer, Liebe, etc. zu tun hat.

I would like to remind you of the last days of our current challenge at the Dream Factory Challenge Blog. At the moment our topic is: William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. We are looking forward to any creations that for example deal with sprites, fairies, summer, love, and so on.

Ich habe dieses Mal keine Karte gebastelt, sondern mich mal an etwas größerem versucht: einem DIN A4 Bild. Die Schönheit ist von Aurora Wings. Ich habe sie mit Spectrum Noir Markern coloriert. Der Hintergrund ist mit Pastellkreide und Stempeln gestaltet. Noch etwas Glitzer und ein bisschen goldenes Embossing-Pulver und voilà – fertig ist die Elfe.

This time I didn’t create a card, but tried something bigger: a A4 formatted picture. The beauty is an Aurora Wings digi. I coloured it with Spectrum Noir markers. The background is made with pastel chalks and stamps. Then I added some glitter and a little bit of golden embossing powder and voilà – the elf is finished.
